Our Story

 Gerald Sagona's passion is working with private, non-profit, and public sector entities on projects to achieve organizational goals and success.  The story began in 1990 with a passion and desire to transfer cutting edge business practices into municipal organizations to improve efficiency, professionalize services, monitor performance, and reduce costs.  Over the last 30+ years, Gerald continues to uphold that same passion to provide personalized, results-driven consulting services with a commitment to Excellence. .
